This is a great sampler for trying Jiffy Jollof! The packet is easy to store and reseal. I've never attempted to make my own jollof before and the only place I can find it in the Bay Area is one food truck. So I was really excited to see this brand on Instragram and try it out! The medium definitely has a kick when you first start eating, but it's fine after a few bites. I will definitely be repurchasing!

Obviously the flavor of the sauce is still great. I am happy that the the flavor did not change when going from the jars to the pouches. I am very happy with my purchase.
