Nice Shortcut tool! Speeds up process!

As a Ghanaian, I can say this is a pretty close to accurate base for Jollof (it could also be used for other stews). It is a shortcut tool- saved me about 25-30 mins of chopping, and cooking time- which is appreciated. Per the instructions on the label (and a tip from a Fante woman! Ha!) - I HIGHLY recommend adding some fresh tomatoes, and sautéed onions, and cooking oil prior to base. Additional spices, meats, vegetables can be added to personal taste. Great resource for non-native Africans looking to get an idea of what West African is like! Wishing this small business so much success!
