I normally make my own Jollof, using my own seasonings plus some of the powdered starters. I wanted to try something different, and see how close my own recipe comes. Jiffy Jollof is definitely better than the dry powdered products, and while I like my own, seldom have the time or patience to cook. This is a great hack!
