1LB of 80/20 Ground beef
1 cup Tomato sauce
2 cups Frozen ravioli
1.5 cups Mozzarella cheese
1 cup Baby spinach (optional)
Directions
Step 1: Cook the beef
In a large skillet, cook and crumble ground beef over medium heat until mostly no longer pink, add jiffy jollof sauce and simmer, 5 to 7 minutes.
Step 2: Create the first layer
Spread one-third of the tomato sauce in the bottom of a greased 2-1/2-quart baking dish. Make sure the sauce fully covers the bottom of the dish.
Take half of the frozen ravioli, and spread them evenly over the sauce. Sprinkle half of the Jiffy Jollof cooked beef on top of the ravioli. Sprinkle 1 cup baby spinach(optional). Sprinkle 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese on top.
Step 3: Make the second layer
Repeat the first layer: Add another one-third of the tomato sauce, the remaining half of the frozen ravioli, the rest of the Jiffy Jollof cooked beef, and another 1/2 cup of cheese.
Step 4: Top the lasagna with remaining tomato sauce and cheese
Gently spread the remaining tomato sauce on top. Sprinkle on the remaining cheese as well.
Step 5: Bake
Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil, and bake at 400°F for 30 to 35 minutes or until heated through. Remove from the oven. If desired, sprinkle with strips of fresh basil before serving.
