  • 2 pack instant noodles
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 cup Jiffy Jollof Sauce
  • 12 oz Stew Beef or chicken breast, bite size
  • Fresh Spring onions, finely chopped

  1. Season, cook and air-fry the stew beef or season and fry the chicken breast as needed then set aside.
  2. Cook instant noodles in a pot of boiling water for 2-3 minutes, drain water and set aside.
  3. Add 1 tablespoon of olive oil to a skillet on medium heat.
  4. Add 1 cup Jiffy Jollof Sauce, then add the fried stew beef or chicken breast.
  5. Then add the cooked instant noodles. Give a good stir to combine.
  6. Add the finely chopped spring onions to garnish. Enjoy!
