Jiffy Chicken Carrot Pasta

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups bow tie pasta
  • 1 big carrot, diced
  • 200g chicken breast, bite size
  • 1 medium onion, chopped finely
  • 1 cup Jiffy Jollof Sauce
  • 3/4 cup water
  • Salt to taste

To Temper:

  • 1 teaspoon crushed garlic
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon butter

Instructions:

  1. Cook pasta along with water and salt until al dente. Drain water and set aside.
  2. Heat oil + butter.
Add crushed garlic saute for 2 mins.
  3. Add chicken breast and fry until thoroughly cooked, then add onions and carrots and cook for few mins.
  4. Add Jiffy Jollof sauce and mix well. Add water and let the veggies cook for few mins.
  5. Cook covered until the veggies are slightly soft yet crunchy enough to bite. Then add crushed pepper if desired.
  6. Mix well. Add the pasta and toss well.
Serve Bow Tie Pasta hot!
